No. Holistic Wellness Services currently provides psychiatric care exclusively through telehealth.

What is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner?

A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is an advanced practice registered nurse with specialized education and certification in psychiatric mental health care. Dr. Ogemdi Asaa is licensed in Washington, DC & Maryland and board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Holistic Wellness Services provides telehealth-only care serving DC and Maryland.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance through the Patient Portal. You may also send a message through the Patient Portal to request a cancellation or reschedule.

What if I use another insurer?

HWS is considered out of network for other insurers and does not bill them directly. An invoice may be provided for patients seeking reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on the insurance company, plan, and coverage benefits.

Is an online request a confirmed appointment?

No. The form is for prospective new patients to request an initial appointment. The practice will review the request and contact the prospective patient regarding availability and next steps.
